* 卡册总战力20万以上的地址才可以购买
* 6 HEROES可以购买400积分
* 每个地址每天最多购买8次，即48 HEROES/3200装备积分
* 除购买之外，后续将会开放更多获得装备积分的途径

* 装备宝箱目前没有购买限制
